Wristcutters: A Love Story
Going into watching this movie i believed that it was going to be a very depressing and a "downer" movie, what i found out is that it was the absolute OPPOSITE. This movie is about Zia, a heatbroken man that decides to end his life over his girlfriend. He wakes up in this afterlife, where things are similar to the real world, just a little worse. While spending his alternate life there, he discovers that his once girlfriend had also "offed" herself. Him and his new friend set out on a journey to find her. On their journey they learn that even though you are dead, it doesnt mean you have to really stop living.
I really liked this movie, it was more of a happier movie then i expected, but i really liked it. The humor was awkward, but so was the subject or suicide and death. I DEFFINATLY reccomend this movie if you want a change.

I guess Wristcutters is another example of why we shouldn't judge a book by it's cover. I actually had a similar experience with the film. My boyfriend encouraged me to see it...but I was worried it would be too depressing. Next time, I'll have to check it out! Thanks for the recommendation.
Yeah no problem. it is a GREAT movie. it is basically a story about finding love in even the most saddest of places i guess. but i deff reccomend it :D
